1. Service and operator

Godinex is a technology platform operated by RYAN GLOBAL LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 11182421. Godinex arranges access to virtual-card products supplied through third-party providers and does not itself issue payment cards.

2. Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
• You may not share an account or evade identity, risk or transaction controls.
• Additional verification may be required before an order is accepted or card details are displayed.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices, fees, supported payment methods, card balance, validity and transaction limits are displayed before you confirm an order. An order is accepted only when Godinex confirms it. Payment-network, provider and merchant exchange rates or charges may apply separately.

4. Permitted use

You may use a product only for lawful purposes and in accordance with its displayed conditions, provider rules and merchant restrictions. Availability or previous acceptance does not guarantee that a merchant will accept a card.

• No fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion or purchase of prohibited goods or services.
• No attempts to bypass limits, verification, security controls or provider restrictions.
• No resale, transfer or automated abuse of cards unless Godinex has agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Suspension and cancellation

Godinex may pause an order, restrict an account or cancel access where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, suspected misuse, provider requirements or non-payment. Where appropriate, we will explain the action and available review process.

6. Service availability and liability

We take reasonable care in operating the platform but do not promise uninterrupted availability or acceptance by every merchant. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that rule, Godinex is not responsible for indirect loss or loss caused by a provider, merchant, payment network or event outside our reasonable control.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal or security changes. Material updates will be posted on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
