Privacy Policy
This policy explains how RYAN GLOBAL LTD, operating Godinex, handles personal information when you visit the website, create an account, place an order or contact support.
Information we collect
We collect account and contact details, verification information when required, order and payment records, support communications, security events and technical data such as IP address, browser type and device information. We do not ask you to send full card credentials through support channels.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, process orders, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, communicate with you, resolve disputes and improve platform reliability.
- Contract: to create accounts, process orders and provide support.
- Legal obligations: for accounting, compliance and lawful requests.
- Legitimate interests: to secure the platform, prevent abuse and improve operations.
- Consent: where required for optional cookies or communications.
Sharing and international processing
We share information only as needed with card and payment providers, identity-verification and fraud-prevention services, infrastructure vendors, professional advisers and public authorities where legally required. Some providers may process data outside your country using appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as required for the service, legal obligations, fraud prevention and dispute handling. We use access controls, encryption, audit logging and operational monitoring, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your information, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Send requests to support@godinex.com; we may verify your identity before responding.
Sign-in history and service analysis
For account security and service improvement, we retain successful customer registration and sign-in timestamps, approximate device category, operating-system and browser families, and the remember-me choice. This separate history does not store raw browser headers, IP addresses, passwords, session tokens or card credentials. It is limited to 100 events per customer and 90 days, with hourly expiry cleanup while the service is running. Existing IP security records are separate.
Recent signed-in page history uses named dashboard sections, not full URLs, search queries or form contents. It is limited to 50 entries per account and 30 days. Administrators can review this recent history and purchase summaries derived from existing order records to improve the purchase flow and product offering. These limited histories are not a complete conversion funnel. No cross-site tracking or device fingerprint is added. You may contact support@godinex.com to exercise applicable access, deletion or objection rights; transaction records may be retained separately for legal obligations.
Contact and updates
Privacy enquiries may be sent to support@godinex.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your local supervisory authority. Material updates will be published on this page. Last updated: 21 September 2026.
